What are you going to do:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the daily processing of financial market data. This data plays an important role in determining the profit and loss of Rabobank's trading portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and resolving operational issues;
- Maintaining market data configurations and definitions;
- Supporting new market data processes and improvements;
- Processing and analysing data using Excel and/or Python;
- Providing information and support to internal stakeholders.
You will gain valuable hands-on experience in an international banking environment while working with financial markets, data and IT systems.
During the onboarding period, Wednesday is a fixed office day in Utrecht. After this period, you will work in a hybrid setup: mostly from home, with the flexibility to occasionally work from a Rabobank office near you.
The current shifts are scheduled on weekdays from 16:00 to 01:00 (maximum 01:30). In consultation, daytime shifts may also be possible.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage of €16,67 - €23,74 depending on your relevant work experience;
- A flexible job for 4–16 hours per week, ideal to combine with your studies;

- A competitive salary, plus an additional 10% IKB budget on top of your gross salary.
What we ask
- You are a hbo or wo student and available for at least 1 more year;
- You have a strong affinity with financial markets and IT processes;
- You have experience with Excel;
- You have an excellent command of the English and Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
- You are available to work in the evenings/night (shifts can last until 01:00).
