Job description
  • Driving further growth with existing accounts in the food industry and extending customer relations to strategic collaborations 
  • Building close customer relations, be sparring partner and advisor in defining customers innovations 
  • Developing new business by identifying opportunities and linking technology opportunities to market needs: implement science in concrete business propositions 
  • Setting up and negotiating contracts with customers; arranging commercial deals, terms and intellectual property rights 
  • Monitor the progress of projects to secure customer satisfaction 
  • Report to Business Manager and work closely together with BDM colleagues and Project Managers 

Requirements
  • Academic level in Science 
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in R&D or Product Development, preferably in the Dairy, Ingredients or Food & Beverages Industries 
  • Successful in (technical) sales 
  • Solid network in the market 
  • Entrepreneur, senior and strong interpersonal skills , Self-starter
