As a Support Specialist you are the first person of contact for the merchants from all over Europe calling to this company. You strive for the ultimate customer experience! You will work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales and development.
By using telephone, chat and email you assist customers with their questions about the company's platform. Helping customers quickly, accuratly and politely is your main goal. Because every customer is different, you are expected to be able to handle this creatively.
You are extremely service oriented and motivated to help merchants with technical and financial questions. Experience in a technology driven company is a major plus.
