In this role, you are the connecting force between our customers and their success. You know exactly how to turn commercial opportunities into valuable client relationships and how to ask the right questions to uncover what a customer truly needs.
In this role, everything revolves around building trust, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You help clients get the most out of their agreements, think along with them about possible expansions, and ensure that every interaction is professional, personal, and purposeful. No two days are the same, as you continuously switch between customers, prospects, sales opportunities, and administrative follow-up.
You are the commercial driving force behind long-term client relationships!
As a Sales Representative in Amsterdam, you are responsible for actively maintaining and expanding customer relationships. You speak with customers and prospects, explore where commercial opportunities lie, and ensure that agreements, licenses, and orders are perfectly aligned. You understand that success in this role is not just about selling, but also about building relationships that create long-term value.
You move effortlessly between commercial conversations, customer questions, administrative follow-up, and identifying additional sales opportunities. At the same time, you look beyond the needs of today: you think ahead, advise proactively, and make sure customers feel heard, supported, and taken seriously. Thanks to your sharp commercial mindset and structured way of working, you maintain a clear overview and ensure that no opportunity is missed.

Wat wij vragen
- At least a bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences;
- At least 1 year of sales experience;
- Fluent in English and German (C1 level);
- Customer-focused and business-minded;
- Eager to learn about products and services;
- Stress-resistant and flexible;
- Ability to work accurately and in an organized manner.
