Quotation Management: Create, send, and follow up on complex quotations based on customer needs and technical specifications.ASM Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Area Sales Managers, handling their administrative follow-up and fast-paced communication needs.Process Optimization: Ensure all sales data is accurately recorded in the CRM and that the sales funnel remains organized and efficient.

Requirements

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and an eye for detail.
• 3+ years of experience in a commercial sales support or administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (C1+) and English.
• A problem solver who brings structure to a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially minded but focused on accuracy and service quality.
