Wat ga je doen?
As an accountmanager in Arnhem, you will work in an international B2B media environment. You are responsible for building and expanding your own client portfolio within sectors such as food, ingredients, packaging and personal care. In this role, you can expect a gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,200, depending on your experience.
You help international companies increase their visibility and generate qualified leads through digital media campaigns and content solutions. You mainly work with incoming leads and existing clients, while also identifying new opportunities within your market. You guide conversations towards long-term partnerships and manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
You are comfortable speaking with international clients and communicating professionally in English. German is a strong advantage. You may attend international trade shows or visit clients as part of your role.
What does your work week look like?
You work 32 to 40 hours per week in an independent role with an international focus. A large part of your week consists of speaking with clients and following up on incoming leads through calls and online meetings. You discuss campaign opportunities, identify client needs and develop proposals.
In addition, you manage your own client portfolio, follow up on ongoing opportunities and keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM system. You continuously switch between new business and account management.

Wat wij vragen
- Bachelor level (or comparable working and thinking level)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, media sales or marketing services
- A commercial and proactive mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- German is a strong advantage
- You work in a structured way and can manage multiple accounts simultaneously
