You will be a part of a team of 130.000 customer service employees from all over the world, who represent some of the world’s largest corporations. Our client is a leader in telecom, electronic entertainment and IT. They offer flexible and professional solutions for their customers in all customer service areas. One of their clients is a luxurious fashion brand, which is in search of a native French speaking customer support professional.
As a customer support professional you are responsible for taking inbound calls from prospective customers with regards to fashion products, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. It is important to maintain a good knowledge of the fashion industry and the latest fashion product of this client.
We are in search of employees who are available from the 18th of June for 40 hours a week. You will start with a 2.5 week training to learn everything about the company. The working hours are from Monday till Friday starting from 9.30 am until 6.00 pm.
