Are you a inside sales professional who enjoys working with major international clients? Do you thrive on building strong relationships and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? Then this is the role for you! You’ll be the first point of contact for our most important customers and ensure their needs are met with excellence.
What you’ll do
- Act as the main contact for a set of key customers;
- Process orders accurately and efficiently;
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues in a professional way;
- Spot opportunities for improvement and growth within your accounts;
- Work for a leading supplier of budget tyres and private label products, serving markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll be part of a global Chinese organization with 200 employees worldwide, and work closely with two colleagues in Arnhem.
Who you are
You’re a natural relationship builder who knows how to keep customers happy. Positive, solution-oriented, and not afraid to pick up the phone. No cold calling is required. You have strong English communication skills and ideally some experience in account or sales support. Speaking German is a plus, but not required. No Dutch? No problem!

- Competitive salary between €4,000 – €6,000 (full-time basis);
- Flexible hours: part-time or full-time (32–40 hours);

Wat wij vragen:
- Bachelor’s degree level of thinking or equivalent;
- Experience in account management or inside sales is an advantage;
- Availability between 32–40 hours per week;
- Education in business, economics, or a related field is a plus;
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Willingness to travel abroad twice a year for trade fairs.
