What are you going to do:

As supply chain Coordinator at a leading electric vehicle brand, you’ll manage the journey from production line to customer doorstep across Europe. From the European HQ in Amsterdam-Zuidas, you’ll coordinate with sales teams, supply chain planners, and external logistics providers to ensure every vehicle gets where it needs to be on time, every time. You’ll spot issues before they become problems, respond quickly when they do, and play a key role in optimizing daily operations.

This is a six-month role with strong potential to grow. If you’re ready to dive into operations in a fast-moving, mission-driven company, this is your moment.

Who are you?

You’re a natural organizer with at least one year of experience in supply chain. Whether you’ve worked in supply chain, transport coordination, or a fast-paced back office, you know how to stay on top of details and move quickly when priorities shift.

You thrive in an international setting, communicate clearly, and take initiative without being asked. Experience in the automotive or e-mobility sector? That’s definitely a bonus — but your mindset matters most: structured, calm under pressure, and ready to make things happen.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability Preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics coordination;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
  • Experience with logistics software and Microsoft Office is a plus;
  • Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
