For our client we are looking for a
Customer Care Specialist for the EMEA-office in Amsterdam. This is a fulltime position, however our client indicates also the possibility for a parttime basis. This position is initially on a temporary basis but with an outlook to become permanent.

Job Purpose
The primary responsibility for the person in this position is responding to Carhartt® EMEA customer and consumer requests and inquiries and to exercise considerable judgment in answering questions, investigating and solving issues and making decisions.
Duties and responsibilities:
Handle order flow management, including order entry, backorders, weekly returns and repairs in a timely and professional matter;
Resolve customer complaints by presenting solutions of products and services;
Support sales objectives by being proactive and showing initiative to inform customers about existing products, special offers, new products and accessories;
Follow up on leads & qualify prospects;
Maintain customer database;
Collect and report customer feedback to Carhartt® sales team-EMEA;
You will be reporting to the Demand Planning & Customer Care Manager-EMEA.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
MBO/ HBO level required;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Care, Inside Sales or Telemarketing environment;
Apparel experience is preferred;
Excellent computer skills, preferably with Exact and all Microsoft softwares such as Access and Excel;
You are a good communicator, fluent both verbal and written in English, Dutch and German;
Problem solver with the ability to focus on solutions mutually beneficial for both Customer and Carhartt®.
Detailed, well organized, flexible and able to work under stress.
