Someone who understands our passion for lingerie and leading fashion design and can inspire our customers every day.
Do you wake up every morning and consider your underwear as carefully as the rest of your outfit? We do! Do you get a buzz from seeing new colours, shapes and fabrics when you shop and take a look on the catwalks? So do we! Would you love to become a certified Bra Expert at our Hunkemöller Academy and sharing your knowledge and passion with our customers? If so, you could be one of our next Lingerista’s!
At Hunkemöller, we are obsessed with lingerie and fashion. We devote ourselves to following trends so we can bring our customer the latest looks. Having an army of lingerie and fashion experts across the company, makes us stand out from the crowd. We are passionate and genuine in everything we do and always look out for like-minded people who would love to be part of our fast-paced and constantly evolving brand.
If you have worked in fashion or retail before, that is great. If not, we will teach you everything you need to know. You will learn to distinguish a Balcony from a Plunge and how to help your customers find the perfect bra. We will show you how to deliver. What we believe is World Class Service, so our customer will have an amazing and unrivalled experience.
In return, we need people that are willing to learn, who want to really maximize sales and have the desire to give every customer a fantastic shopping experience. You will work with a team of passionate Lingerista’s, but when the store is busy you will keep your head cool and adapt quickly. You will be so passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience that even if the store is quiet, you will keep busy by making sure everything looks great and you are ready to advise and inspire the next customer.
As a Hunkemöller Lingerista, you will have a friendly and inquisitive nature with at least mbo level. You will get to know our customers by making genuine contact and asking the right open questions to find out what they really want. Our Lingerista’s are great listeners and use what they hear to make sure every customer leaves the store happy. At Hunkemöller, we are focused on delivering great results, so you will need to share our ‘winning mindset’ and be determined to shine.
