You are part of the ESO team within the Embedded Engineering Support organization. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering teams. This includes assisting them in their work with tools such as Dashboards, DNG, RTC, Rhapsody and other automotive embedded engineering tools. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, engineering supervisors, engineering managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and the successful development of embedded systems.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide technical support and guidance for engineers using tools like DNG, RTC, Rhapsody, and other relevant software, ensuring efficient tool utilization throughout product development.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the engineering support function and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between engineering, quality assurance, and project management activities.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for engineering staff to enhance their proficiency in using the tools.
