Als Shift Team Leader realiseer en bewaak je de productiedoelstellingen voor de toegewezen plant voor de korte termijn (8-24 uurs resultaat) in termen van kwaliteit, kwantiteit en kosten, in lijn met de sitestrategie.
De functie:
Als Shift Team Leader:
- Geef je leiding aan de voortgang, bewaking en optimalisatie van de uitvoering van het productieplan.
- Coach, motiveer en ontwikkel je de medewerkers en zorg je voor een goede werksfeer in de ploeg. Je houdt functioneringsgesprekken en bent verantwoordelijk voor een juiste bezetting van de ploeg.
- Draag je bij aan resultaatverhogingen, teamontwikkeling, procesoptimalisatie en cultuurveranderingen.
- Zie je toe op de kwaliteit van het product, de processen en de QHSE performance. Je informeert en instrueert medewerkers aangaande QHSE regels en voorschriften en neemt de vereiste veiligheidsmaatregelen.
- Treed je op als bedrijfsdeskundige bij calamiteiten. Je laat werkvergunningen uitgeven en treedt zo nodig op als toezichthouder.
- Lever je een bijdrage aan de input voor het jaarplan en vertaal je het jaarplan naar operationele uitvoeringsplannen.
- Ben je onderdeel van het leidinggevend team van de Monomeren fabriek samen met je collega Shift Teamleaders
Jouw profiel
Om voor deze uitdagende functie in aanmerking te komen:
- Heb je minimaal een relevante afgeronde MBO4 opleiding en acteer je op HBO niveau .
- Daarnaast heb je minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring en beschik je over een uitgebreide kennis van de toegepaste chemische procestechniek.
- Ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor alle stakeholders en je speelt hierin een verbindende rol
- Denk je in processen en verbeteringen en ben je een teamspeler die in staat is te schakelen op verschillende niveaus
- Beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en heb je leidinggevende capaciteiten.

As a Shift Team Leader, you will realize and monitor the production objectives for the assigned plant for the short term (8-24 hour result) in terms of quality, quantity, and costs, in line with the site strategy.
The role:
As a Shift Team Leader:
- Lead the progress, monitoring, and optimization of the execution of the production plan.
- Coach, motivate, and develop employees while ensuring a good working atmosphere in the team. You conduct performance reviews and are responsible for the correct team staffing.
- Contribute to result improvements, team development, process optimization, and cultural changes.
- Oversee the quality of the product, processes, and QHSE performance. You inform and instruct employees regarding QHSE rules and regulations and take the required safety measures.
- Act as a company expert in emergencies. You issue work permits and act as a supervisor when necessary.
- Contribute to the input for the annual plan and translate the annual plan into operational implementation plans.
- Be part of the management team of the Monomers factory along with your fellow Shift Team Leaders.
Your profile
To qualify for this challenging position:
- You have at least a relevant completed MBO4 education and perform at HBO level.
- Additionally, you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience and extensive knowledge of applied chemical process technology.
- You are a strong interlocutor for all stakeholders and play a connecting role.
- You think in processes and improvements and are a team player capable of operating at different levels.
- You have excellent communication and social skills and leadership capabilities.
