Functie omschrijving
What will you do:

• Greet customers, drivers, and visitors
• Handle driver documents and paperwork
• Engage with clients and suppliers through email and phone
• Manage orders and perform administrative tasks using WMS (Navision) and the customer's SAP system
• Collaborate with colleagues both in-house and externally
• Prepare Value-Added Services (VAS) orders for operators and, when needed, create corresponding labels
• Keep in touch with operators using walkie-talkies for operational matters and urgent customer requests

What we are looking for:

• Proficient in Dutch and English, with additional languages as a bonus
• Versatile, excelling both independently and in a team
• Action-oriented with a keen eye for detail
• Adaptable and flexible in your approach
• Ideally, experience at customer service position
