What are you going to do:

Join our dynamic team in Leusden as a Spanish Service Desk Employee, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding customers through the verification process on our cryptographic platform. As the first point of contact, you'll assist in ID card scanning, data confirmation, and provide step-by-step support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Your communication skills will be vital as you interact with a diverse customer base, and patience is key.


  • Assist customers through the verification process, addressing queries and providing step-by-step guidance.
  • Utilize software designed by our customer for data verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support by logging tickets and maintaining a comprehensive record of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to light KYC tasks, enhancing the overall security and compliance measures.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

About You:

We are seeking individuals with a strong team spirit, ready to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Proficiency in French and English is essential, while fluency in Dutch, Spanish, or Polish is advantageous. Service desk experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and genuinely assist customers. Motivation, discipline, and a proactive attitude are highly valued attributes.
