Are you an international looking for a hybrid position where you can make use of your problem-solving skills? Are you fluent in Polish and German? Then keep reading because this is the right job for you!

One of our biggest international client is looking for a new Polish and Dutch helpdesk agent that will be responsible for managing the communication between the Polish branches of the company and the Head office in the Netherlands. In your role, you will be on the front line to take care of any issues coming from the foreign branches, therefore great communication and problem-solving skills are a must. No experience? They will teach you!

In your role as a Polish and German Helpdesk agent, you will be mainly responsible for:

  • being the first line of communication with the Polish branches
  • solve daily issues (of every nature) with the support of the dedicate department from the Head office
  • Keep track of records and make sure the administration is in order

The company is one of the most popular discount store chains, they are widely present in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany, but they recently opened in South and East Europe, and it is being a great success! The working days are only Monday to Friday and the shifts from 8:30 - 9:30 until 17 - 18. During your break you can enjoy a healthy lunch in the canteen of the head office together with the other teams. After the first 2 months training at the office, you will be allowed to work from home 2 days per week (or more if necessary), and all of this with the support of a great team of international colleagues! 

What we offer:

  • A full time contract (32-38h)

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
  • Fluent in Polish and German;
