German mid-level SEO Specialist at YoungCapital in Hoofddorp

What are you going to do:

As a mid-level SEO Specialist at YoungCapital in Hoofddorp, you will become part of a young, motivated team. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing SEO strategies for our German websites.

Working together with the German copywriter team, you will optimize content for both users and search engines. In addition, you will monitor on-page and off-page website health and keep a close eye on our traffic and rankings. Naturally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, marketing, and content trends to ensure continuous improvement.

What are your responsibilities?

• You collaborate with the SEO Manager to follow the SEO strategy/roadmap.

• You lead new projects, from keyword analysis and layout creation to briefing and deployment.

• You monitor website health using various tools such as ContentKing, GSC, GA, and Ahrefs.

• You create reports based on our KPIs.

• You train recruiters and interns in the fundamentals of SEO to enable them to write search-engine-optimized job ads and texts.

What does the team look like?

The German SEO team consists of the Head of SEO, the SEO Specialist, SEO copywriters and link builders. We are an international team where you frequently speak English. During your daily work, you will closely collaborate with the SEO copywriters, link builders and other marketing specialists.
