Kenmerken van de functie
Onze receptionisten oftewel Community Associates zijn hét gezicht van Regus, Spaces, The Office Operators & Signature. Jullie zijn het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle huurders en bezoekers van onze centers óf bij één van de grote internationale bedrijven waar IWG mee samenwerkt.
Als Community Associate ben je verantwoordelijk voor een onvergetelijke eerste indruk en doe je graag net dat stapje extra voor de huurders. Loop je 24/7 met een glimlach op je gezicht, ben je sociaal en is klantvriendelijkheid je tweede natuur? Wil je werken in een team van leuke collega’s en ben je op zoek naar een super afwisselende baan voor 40 uur in de week? Dan zoeken wij jou! Ben je per direct beschikbaar laat dat dan ook weten, want wellicht sta jij volgende week al achter één van onze recepties de huurders te woord!

What does a typical day at IWG look like?
From the moment you enter and stand behind the reception, you greet all incoming visitors with a big smile to start their (working) day with extra shine! After you have greeted everyone you are ready to continue with your day.
You answer all emails that come in and ensure that the work in the building / business center runs smoothly. Jeez, that lady who comes in has an appointment and is all rained out. You approach her and say that we still have a hair dryer behind the reception so that she can dress up.
Before you go for lunch, you walk past all the tenants to deliver the incoming mail to them and you immediately take the steamed suit of a tenant with you - the day flies by!
At the end of the afternoon, the first tenants leave for home. You wish everyone a nice evening and when this morning's guests tell you that they have to get to Schiphol quickly, you already arrange a taxi and tell them where and at what time they will be picked up. After you have processed all emails for the next day and checked the activities for tomorrow, the day is over and you go home. On the way back you make one of your tenants happy to post some letters that he forgot! Yes, on to tomorrow!
