We are looking for a German-speaking Marketing & Communication Executive (m/f/d) to join our Marketing Team in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam (NL).
Your responsibilities as a German-speaking Marketing & Communication Executive (m/f/d) in this role include, among others:
- Conducting research and analyzing data to develop targeted and effective texts for various target groups.
- Monitoring the implementation of our tone of voice in all our marketing areas.
- Collaborating with designers, freelancers, agencies, and other creatives to develop and execute effective messaging strategies for different campaigns.
- Supporting our student employee in social media marketing in the B2C area and being responsible for our B2B social channels.
- Managing and coordinating internal communication for our branding campaigns and other projects, keeping track of important deadlines, and ensuring our message is consistent and appealing.

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- Ideally, you already have (some) relevant professional experience, for example in marketing, PR/communication, social media, or project management.
- You have a perfect command of the German language (both spoken and written) and speak English well.
- You have excellent communication and copywriting skills and know how to write content that is engaging and authentic.
- You have an eye for design, so you can also ensure the visual consistency of our message.
- You work in a structured and organized manner, keeping not only deadlines but also all key metrics in mind.
