You enjoy working with and for people. As a Recruiter for European Temp Workers at Weflex Personeelsdiensten in Lienden, you are constantly working to recruit strong candidates for our clients. The European skilled workers of Weflex are active in sectors such as food, production and agriculture.

Weflex Personeelsdiensten is an rapidly growing staffing agency active in the centre part of the Netherlands. As a Recruiter, you are incredibly important to us! You know how to find and engage EU-skilled talents in the most creative ways. You take pleasure in the hunt for the perfect candidate. You will ensure a continuous inflow of new talents by searching, recruiting and selecting. Based on the job profile, you write an engaging job advertisement which you then place on various (foreign) channels.

Your responsibilities are:

• Creating job profiles and attractive job advertisements;
• Distributing recruitment assignments through various channels;
• Conceptualizing and executing online and offline recruitment campaigns;
• Actively searching and approaching candidates;
• Conducting selection and intake interviews;
• Building and maintaining an accurate candidate database.

• You preferably have experience in a similar position;
• You are creative and always look for a solution;
• You are social and have good communication skills. You easily connect with everyone;
• Good command of the English language and ambition to learn Dutch quickly;
• Possession of a B driving license;
• Availability for 32 hours per week.
