You will work as a German customer service representative for a company that collects used frying oil and processes, produces and delivers frying oil itself. Here, among other things, frying oil is processed into biodiesel. The company operates on an international scale and has offices in several countries within Europe. You will be working in an office with a friendly and informal atmosphere.
Tasks
The duties for the customer service representative position consist of answering German-speaking customers by phone. For questions that you cannot answer directly, you will create a ticket and enter it into the system. In addition, you are responsible for checking company information in the customer database. In case of incomplete or incorrect information, you request the missing data. Furthermore, you approach German-speaking customers for upselling and for missing data.
Thus, you are the company's first point of contact for various business customers. Customer service and communication skills are therefore essential for this position. You will also handle customer service by email and social media. You can start immediately.
