At this international emergency vehicle assistance centre, they make sure people that cannot continue their travels on the road are helped as quickly as possible. For that, they need your help as it gets busy on the road again!
As an alarm centre operator in Amsterdam, you are responsible for clearing the Dutch roads. Whenever an incident occurs, you will be called, and you will make sure that help is on the way. As an alarm centre operator, you will be the first point of contact for the customers. You will answer via the phone and ask where the accident happened, so the right people can be sent to the scene of the accident. This has to be done fast! This means that it is important that you are quick to react and can easily switch between different systems
You are not easily stressed and have the ability to react quickly; a perfect skill to have as an alarm centre operator in Amsterdam. In addition to that, you are fluent in Dutch and French.
Working days and times:
As an alarm centre operator in Amsterdam, you are available for a minimum of 32 hours. You will work flexible shifts which means that you could work in the evening, night and weekend. But of course, you will receive extra if you work these shifts:
Night shift 145%
Evening shift 130%
Saturday 140%
Sunday 150%
You will also have to follow a mandatory full-time training that will last for 4 weeks. Therefore, it is important that you are available for 4 weeks, 40 hours per week. The training is of course fully paid.
