What are you going to do:
As a freelance customer service agent, you will be responsible for customer support (inbound) at one of the best-known telecommunications companies on the Swiss market. You look after existing and new customers and offer expert advice on the company's products and services.
Your tasks:
- Answering incoming calls, support existing and new customers and sales management
- Expert advice on the company's products and services
- Processing of customer inquiries

What we ask:
- Minimaal een middelbareschooldiploma;
- You are self-employed with a sales tax identification number
- You speak German (C1 or higher)
- You are ambitious, motivated, responsible and like speaking to people
- You have a good internet connection, your own computer with a current operating system (not older than Windows 10) and a quiet working environment
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus
- You are at least 18 years old
