What are you going to do:

Put in action your leadership skills as a Sales team manager for an innovative, fast-growing international company in Amsterdam! The company you will be working for is creating access control solutions for individuals and businesses. The goal of the company is to put technology at the service of its customers and users to facilitate their daily lives and reinforce their security. Currently, the company is rapidly growing in the Benelux.

Grow into a leader! As a full time Sales team manager in Amsterdam, it will be your job to manage the sales and technical teams. 

Manage the sales team: coach them on the job and manage their productivity.

Manage the technical team: ensure the high quality level of the service and push the team to grow.

Besides managing the teams, you will perform the following tasks:

1. Providing activity reports to different departments
2. Help the different teams grow by providing workshops 
3. Become the ambassador of strategy of the company and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
