As a Junior Producer Online Learning, you have already worked on many (corporate) projects, thus you are able to organize production and development processes in an efficient way and can easily navigate different workflows. In this role, you will assist the production team in producing content for online courses and other online training products such as webinars and live training. You will assist the complete production street, from checking module’s scripts to reviewing the final versions before they will be published on the online learning platform.

You work closely with course coordinators, tax experts, producers and a team of freelance designers and editors. You will coordinate the productions within the course planning and do the necessary quality checks. You are involved in the daily planning of the productions, booking of freelancers, administering financial settlement of productions, and research, testing and producing of (interactive) tools in educative formats. 

The main tasks are:

• Form checks of scripts;
• Pre-production assistance (graphic design);
• Post-production assistance (animation and edits);
• Studio recording assistance and data handling;
• Quality checks and updating of guidelines and instruction templates;
• Production of interactive activities in Articulate Storyline;
• Facilitating of live sessions;
• Check availability and booking of freelancers;
• Research on interactive video tools and other relevant fields;
• Mastering and filing of content;
• Extracting, checking statistics, and creating reports;
• Assisting with projects tailored to the needs of a specific client.

You are a natural organizer by heart and like being supportive; it gives a good feeling when the team can perform at their best because of you. You’re also a person that is outgoing, takes initiative and can switch easily between different types of tasks. Another important skill is your eye for detail and an accurate way of working. When you deliver, we already know it is complete and precisely executed. 

The right candidate:

• has a bachelor’s degree in (Audio Visual) Media, Educational Sciences or similar;
• has demonstrable 3+ years of experience in media production in a corporate, business and/or educational fast paced work field;
• is a team player and has a flexible, proactive and customer-oriented attitude;
• has great communication skills in English (both written and spoken, minimal C1 level);
• has great project management skills (able to set priorities and keep overview).
