Marketing and Sales Director in Amsterdam

What are you going to do:

Put in action your leadership skills as a Marketing and Sales Director for an innovative, fast-growing international company in Amsterdam! The company you will be working for is creating access control solutions for individuals and businesses. The goal of the company is to put technology at the service of its customers and users to facilitate their daily lives and reinforce their security. Currently, the company is rapidly growing in the Benelux.

Grow into a leader! As a full time Marketing and Sales Director in Amsterdam, it will be your job to manage the sales and marketing teams. Your responsibility includes:

• Manage the sales teams: coach them on the job and do sales on the field within the Benelux.
• Assist the marketing specialist.
• Manage the technical team: ensure the high quality level of the service and push the team to grow.

Besides managing the teams, you will also perform the following tasks:

• Providing activity reports to different departments
• Help the different teams grow by providing workshops 
• Become the ambassador of strategy of the company and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
• Re-invent the offer to meet the needs of the targeted end customers.
• Work in collaboration with Export coordinator for Benelux office to ensure the growth of the subsidiary
