As an online technical support specialist, you will not only be able to use your language skills, but also your creativity. How awesome is that?
At RIFF Digital Engagement, you will work from home as a tech support engagement specialist for the companies Signify and Phillips Lightning. You will monitor all incoming social activity, and answer customers' questions about different products and services. Furthermore, you will improve customer satisfaction and collect feedback from customers.
As a future Online technical support specialist, you speakEnglish fluently and enjoy enhancing customers' online experience. You are interested in technology and love to put a smile on customers' faces! Before you start working, you will follow a fully paid 5-day training.
As the company operates 24/7 your working hours will vary. Normal working hours are between 08.00-20.00, but as late shifts are a part of the job, you will need to work from 01.00-07.00. For these night shifts, you earn 25% extra on top of your hourly rate. Also, we ask you to be available for two Saturdays a month.
