Working from home as a French-speaking customer service employee in Amsterdam

What are you going to do:

As a French-speaking customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling all incoming calls and inquiries via email, phone, and other platforms. The questions you’ll address can vary widely, from discussing the fragrance of our diverse product ranges to helping customers create their own personalized shampoo. You'll manage every aspect of the role with professionalism and care.

In this position in costumer service, your primary goal is to ensure customers feel heard and understood. Handling inquiries in French, you’ll work to make sure every customer is delighted with their purchase. You thrive under pressure, yet maintaining a calm and relaxed approach comes naturally to you as a service representative.

Before you officially start, you’ll take a 45-minute written test at our office to showcase your language skills and personality. Once you’ve impressed us, you’ll be ready to begin your exciting new role as a French-speaking customer service representative.

Furthermore:

Day shift: 08:45-18:00
Late shift: 11:00-21:00
Weekend shift: 10:00-18:30
We offer flexible shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours, allowing you to find the work-life balance that suits you best.
