Italian Customer service employee from home

What are you going to do:

As a customer service employee, you will be asked all sorts of technical questions. There are different departments and different products you could work for. Some of these products are: smart lightning, cameras, motorcycles, televisions etc. Customers will call, e-mail or chat with you about all sorts of topics. For example: ‘I want to control the smart lightning via my smartphone. But it doesn't work. Could you help me?’ Your job is to help the customer!


We are looking for people who speak Italian and English fluently.


At this job, you will be working from home. The call center you work for is an international customer service center. The working language is English. For this job, you will be dealing with customers of who speak Italian or English. As a part-time or full time customer service employee, it’s therefore important that you speak those languages. 


Before you start as a part-time or full time customer service employee, you will follow a ten-day training program. During this training, you’ll learn all the ins and outs of the customer service branch.

Working hours

After you finish your training, it is time to start working. You need to work at least 24 hours per week. The customer service center is open from Monday till Friday between 08:00 till 18:00. It’s important that you are available for at least 24 hours. Rather work full time? That’s possible too!

What we offer:

  • Working from home entirely;
  • Gross hourly wage €10.86;
  • A part-time or full time job as customer service employee in an international environment;
  • A paid 4 weeks training program to help you get started.

What we ask:

  • At least finished mbo level 4
  • You want to work between 24 and 40 hours per week;
  • You speak and write fluently in Italian and English.
