As a German Customer Success Manager, you will be on the front line of the company. You will make use of your skills to engage with the partners and customers. The tasks you will perform will be various:

• Communicate and maintain relationships with partners and B2B customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Support customers and partners in the onboarding process both online and on site
• Create new opportunities with your customers, and develop them together with the account executive
• Keep partners and customers up-to-date about new features and developments of the platform
