Python Back-end Engineer in Amsterdam

Do you want to contribute to making all data within our Bank fit for purpose? Do you want to contribute handing data owners from across the bank the tools they need to track data requirements and get in control of the quality of their data? Do you want to do this by developing a Python-based web back end? Then our team is the one to join!

As a member of our Scrum team you will help us developing and designing solutions for defining and administrating data requirements. We also want to grow in expertise and knowledge in designing and building the solution and we expect that you can help us by sharing your knowledge and experience. We like pair programming and collaborate closely. 

Currently we are rebuilding our Data Quality team(s) around our new Product Vision. We are a small team and we collaborate closely in an informal atmosphere. Our mindset is Agile and our way of working approach is Scrum. We also just migrated towards an Azure environment. With regard towards Azure and API development we want to accelerate our learning and delivery. Therefore we are looking for someone who already has extensive experience in these areas. Next to you we are also looking for a few less experienced team members to reinforce our team. Team communication and documentation is in English, that should not be an issue for you.

1. Demonstrable experience working with Python & REST APIs
2. 2 years of working experience on Azure solutions
3. Fluent Communicating in English and good mentoring and teaching skills
