We are Fo-cus. An employment agency based in Roosendaal. We are looking for a person who would join our team as a Planner/Recruiter. 

In this position, you will join a team of 2 people who deal with the daily planning and recruitment.

If you are open, like multitasking and feel at ease talking daily with a lot of people - you will be a great candidate.

Your task will be to provide and control daily and weekly planning. Informing clients and employees about current, assignment-related matters. Also, recruitment for open positions.

You will make sure that the right employees are in the right place at the right time.

Our wishes:

• You are a team player with a high degree of independence, are stress-resistant, result-oriented and have a flexible work attitude;
• You are prepared to make yourself available by phone also outside office hours and ready to work in shifts;
• You have a driving licence
• Relevant work experience, working with any planning system, is an advantage.
• You speak English fluently, knowledge of any other languages is an advantage.
