Digital Internship

Þ Provide general support to the Online team.
Þ Help and support in the Social Marketing of the brands (Facebook pages)
Þ Help for monthly site refreshes to meet Benelux deadlines.
Þ Work with local brand/online team and EMEA online team to generate monthly site refresh (including copywriting/translation work)
Þ Work with agency to insure all needed elements are refreshed, and localized.
Þ Supports the team in the online retailers sites updates.
Þ Follow up new retailers with the launch of our brands on their e-shops

HR Internship :

Þ Payroll administration for the 3 countries
Þ Contract management
Þ Administration of general HR documents
Þ Data follow-up in HR Tools
Þ General Benefits follow up
Þ Support in all internal communication
Þ Participation to HR team Meeting

Office/Administration/Planning Internship

Þ Support to the Corporate Store Departement Planning Manager for the Benelux
Þ Management & administration of the departement store staff planning
Þ Control of invoices & follow-up of budget
Þ Follow-up and administration of the extra-hours.
Þ Answer to Phone & email regarding general planning questions

PR Internship

Þ Update of our data base of partners (journalist & press) for Belgium & Luxemburg
Þ Update of all Belgian Bloggers & Influencers with a focus on Beauty for Belgium & Luxemburg
Þ Collaboration with the press (preparation of Press Map, product presentation,…)
Þ Follow-up of Press contacts
Þ Assist in the organization of events (Internal & External)
Þ Assist on the Facebook page
Þ Gather & Analyze of statistics
