As a fulltime French-speaking purchase representative you are part of an international team of eight purchasers at a fast-growing trading company in Roosendaal. You will be responsible for the French region and it is part of your job to travel to France regularly to meet with (potential) customers. It is important that besides English, you speak French fluently (C2 level).
Your tasks as a purchase representative are very diverse. You are in charge of purchasing technical products, for that reason you should have excellent negotiation skills to agree to a fair price. Furthermore, you organize the transport of these goods to warehouses and handle administrative tasks in the ERP-system of the company. You are not afraid to pick up the phone, as you are in daily contact with customers to answer their questions and convince them of your services. Besides that, you are always on the look out for new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
