As a Swedish customer service agent, you help Customers with questions and problems regarding bookings, luggage, flights or special requests. You will quickly find solutions to any problems that may arise and are always eager to give the right answers with a lot of personal attention.
In addition to the Swedish speaking customers, you also feel comfortable dealing with customers in the English language.

To prepare you for your new job in the best possible way, you will start with a 3-week online training. During this time it is necessary that you are available full-time.

Good to know: Due to Corona you completely work from home.


What we offer:

  • A salary of €13,50 gross per hour;
  • Working from Home;

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability

  • You understand how complex computer systems work.
