Swedish-speaking Sales Advisor for car brand in Maastricht!

Do you speak Swedish and English? Are you commercially minded and do you have customer service experience? Then become a Sales Advisor in Maastricht!

What are you going to do:

Since April 2020, a new car brand has established itself in Maastricht! This client focuses on connecting people, sustainability and excellent customer experience. The company does not like hierarchy. Collaboration and creativity are much more important to them! This encourages personal development and growth.

The company is growing fast and for that reason they are looking for Swedish-speaking Sales Advisors. You are the new customer service talent who thinks out of the box and really ensures the 'wow' effect for customers. Personal approach is central to this.

As a Sales Advisor for the Swedish Market in Maastricht you work in the Commercial Operations department. You support Swedish-speaking members from the seven different markets with their customer questions. You offer excellent customer service through various communication channels. You work on the frontline of this company, you are the brand ambassador!

Activities that you will perform in this position include:

  • Handling all incoming questions from customers about, the mobility concept, the products, the offers, et cetera;
  • Selling the car and its accessories;
  • You are involved with customers through various social media platforms;
  • Supporting event registrations;
  • Offering (technical) customer support, you don't have to be technically skilled at the start. Perhaps you have more technical knowledge? Then you have an advantage!
  • Other fun activities that you can participate in, after all, it is a growing company!

You are available between 24 and 38 hours a week and you are flexible. The working days and times are Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and on Sunday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. The saturday is always a free day. 

What we offer:

  • A full-time and part-time job for a longer period and directly on contract with the client;
  • An gross hourly salary of € 13.72;
  • Travel allowance of € 0.19 per kilometer from 10 kilometers one way;

What we ask:

  • At least finished mbo level 4
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a customer service employee or a similar job;
  • A great service and sales mentality;
  • You have an excellent command of the Swedish and English language;
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment in the near future;
  • You are an open, personal and challenging person and you like to take up the challenge.
