As a customer service employee you will be asked all sorts of technical questions. There are different departments and different products you could work for. Some of these products are: smart lightning, cameras, motorcycles, televisions etc. Customers will call, e-mail or chat with you about all sorts of topics. For example: ‘I want to control the smart lightning via my smartphone. But it doesn't work. Could you help me?’ Your job is to help the customer!
We are looking for people who speak fluently English. Thereby it is mandatory that you speak fluently one (or more) of these languages: German, Italian or French.
At this job you will be working from home. The callcenter you work for is an international customer service center. The working language is English. For this job you will be dealing with customers of your native language and English customers. As a part-time or full time customer service employee it’s therefore important that you speak those two languages.
Before you start as a part-time or full time customer service employee, you will follow a ten-day training programme. During this training, you’ll learn all the ins and outs of the customer service branche. The two weeks of training start at 2nd of August.
After you finish your training, it is time to start working. You need to work at least 24 hours per week. The customer service center is open from monday till friday between 08:00 till 18:00. It’s important that you are available for at least 24 hours. Rather work full time? That’s possible too!
