In 47 different languagues and for different clients, like Nike and Expedia, they are taking over the customer support and make sure every customer is helped with care! Another one of their clients is one of the world’s most recognizable computer software brands. This is the brand you will be working for.
As a customer service employee you will be in charge of all questions of the Norwegian customers. You help them resolve any (technical) issue they may have. You are technically minded, like to solve problems and open to learn new skills. No technical experience? No worries! The company will give you all the tools, knowledge and technical expertise you need to give you best to all clients!
You will start with a fully paid online training from home and remote work from home at the beginning. Later and when appropriate, you will be working from company premises with the rest Norwegian Team
