Dutch Speaking Customer Support in Lisbon

Our client is one of the world leading information and communication technology (ICT) companies and offer a full range of technology products, solutions and services around the world. It’s a perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to gain international experience as well as enjoy Lisbon.

What are you going to do:

  • Reply and support the subscribers through phone and email on their queries,
    doubts and questions about the product(s).
  • Deliver world class customer support.
  • Register all interactions within a ticketing tool.
  • Build strong relationship with customers in your region.
  • Support stores/shops selling the products on their doubts and technical
    queries.
  • Monitor our Applications and chase customers for contract signing.
