Key Graphic Design skills:
Experienced graphic designer
Make stunning Graphic Design for various design requests, both customer-facing and internal projects
Create multiple exhibitions, displays, and web designs, keeping with the company's brand standards and help promote their image to the next level.
There is room to improve our visual identity substantially, so, if you are interested in innovation, then this is your place. Be warned though, you will need to back up your design related ideas with convincing arguments.
Create a cohesive and consistent visual message across every company communication platform.
Work alongside the team to create various presentations for events, showcasing your design abilities.
Of course, strong demonstrable experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Experience working in high-pressure, high volume environments, working to meet tight deadlines.

Social Media skills:
Working on a social media strategy
Managing web analytics and producing reports for each event
Working closely with production team
Taking the initiative to create a clear and efficient plan of action for yourself.
An interest in marketing trends and a passion to learn and be involved in growth hacking will help you excel in this role
Previous work experience in marketing is a plus

Photography and Videography skills:
Our events need to be photographed, so ability to take photos to tell a story is highly important
Speakers are presented with certificates after each presentation at the event and photographed, hence, it is important that you are comfortable approaching people and asking them for photographs.
At the end of Day 1 of all of our events there is a drinks reception, photos of attendees having a good time also need to be taken. Again, it is of vital importance that you are comfortable approaching people and asking to take their photos.
As we have over 6 events per year, we create videos for each event, (short videos), including testimonials, which need to be recorded and compiled.
Having previous experience with creating short videos will work in your favour.

We are looking for an all-star general creative to join our team. It will be your role to maintain and continually revamp our visual identity. Create flyers for events, event programs (usually about 24 pages), banners, and miscellaneous graphic design related tasks. You will also be in charge of our social media – making sure that there is constant flow of content, especially relevant to our events, on our social media platforms. We are an events company, which is driven by sales, so, your designs have to cater and add to our sales efforts. On the day of the event, you will act as a photo-/video-grapher. Making sure that our event is being covered across all our social media platforms. This is an very deadline driven, often including last-minute changes, fast-paced job, so you have to be able to work under pressure quite well to excel here
