What are you going to do:
As Customer Support Agent at DHL financial in Maastricht headquarter you will be answering calls from customers (B2B) about their invoices. You will be working in a multicultural environment.
Your tasks, among others, will be;
- To ensure customer queries from multiple channels are attented in line with the standards of DHL;
- To provide professional and qualitative customer service;
- To accurately log queries in ERP system;

To actively promote self service functionalities and/or to ensure customer queries are addressed structurally so that these do not re-occur;
- To work closely with your colleagues to ensure customer queries are solved completely.

What we ask:
- At least finished mbo level 4
