French customer service employee at Basic-Fit in Hoofddorp

What are you going to do:

Basic-Fit, the European leader in the fitness market is now looking for new 24/7 French customer employees to help, advise and support its customers. You will be in charge of answering all questions and ensuring that each customer receives adequate assistance.

You will be working from the Basic-Fit headquarters in Hoofddorp, about ten minutes from Amsterdam, in a dynamic and constantly changing environment where work and good vibes combine perfectly. As the company supports constant growth, you'll be able to bring your ideas to the forefront and see them evolve.

You will start with a 2-week paid training to get you up to speed ! The training will be from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 - 18:00. You can work in 4 shifts from Monday to Sunday: 

• 6.30     -  15.00
• 10:00   -  18:30
• 14.30   -  23.00
• 22.30   -  07.00
