The company
The client is the market leader in car renting. They compare prices of world's biggest car rental websites. Worldwide they offer their customers an extensive selection of rental cars. Based on customers interest they will find the perfect match. Besides their office in Amsterdam they are based in Jamaica and Florida.
Daily duties
As a customer support agent you are responsible for the 2nd line support. The 1st line support was not able to answer these incoming questions. Therefore, the questions can be challenging and a bit more complex. For you, the challenge is to solve these questions/problems. You will do this by switching between different departments, since every department is responsible for a different part of the company. These departments can also be abroad. You will be working in an international environment with many colleagues from different cultures. Besides English it is very important to speak another foreign language.
Workinghours
You will be working from monday through friday from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm. There is a playstation at the office where you can play during your break. Also,the team always ends the week with a drink (or a few) and play beer pong. This in their own bar at the office.
