You will be working as a Business to Customer customer care agent at Cygnific, the subsidiary of KLM. As customer service agent you will be the contact for customers of Air France/KLM. As a customer service agent you answer travel related questions from customers by phone and email. You suggest opportunities, answer all types of questions and help them to solve their specific problem. Rarely there will be e-mail cases as the contact with the customer will be mainly via the phone. You are the expert, this means that you have an answer to any question to solve the customer problem! You are able to exceed the customers expectations every day! Within this job you will be in contact with customers from different countries and you are the one to answer their questions.
Training
Before you start as full-time customer service agent, you will follow an extensive training and coaching program. In no time you’ll be brought up to speed with KLM’s systems and your new responsibilities. The classroom traing is 3 weeks, from Monday to Friday during the standard office hours (total training period is 3 months). The upcoming B2C training start the 1st of February for a period of three months.
Work hours
As parttime customer service agent, you’ll work between 20 and 32 hours per week. The office is open from Monday to Sunday. Your work hours will be flexible, between 7.00 and 23.00.
