ShARE is an exciting start-up, a cross between a global virtual university and a consulting firm. Set up in 2002 in Shanghai, ShARE now has +500 students across 13 countries and 30 universities. ShARE’s mission is to develop a new generation of leaders who will do well and do good. ShARE students go through a 2-year program, that focus on Leadership, Exposure to Society, Openness to the World, and Corporate Skills. Student will have the chance to work on consulting assignment with large MNCs such as Shell, Total, CISCO, and Renault, and are coached by experienced consultants from top consulting firms. We have worked on projects such as electric cars, smart cities, and renewable energy.
We are looking for an intern to join our growing team that will be responsible for mainly the program administration through a Learning Management System (LMS).
• You will work under the supervision of ShARE's Program Manager and be responsible for setting up hundreds of the learning session for each ShARE team
• Comminicate with different teams around the world
• Create and keep an overview of the progress
• Other related tasks given by the Program Manager

Requirement
• We are looking for a someone who is very organised and attentive to detail
• We also require you to be flexible, as things are very dynamic at a Start-up
• You must work well independently without much supervision
• Good English skills, as our company language is English
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
• HBO level
• IT-literate (including able to use Excel) and able to learn fast to work with new software
• You study at a Dutch University or Hogeschool
The position is for a period of 4 to 5 months, starting in September 2018. The intern will work mostly in our Amsterdam office, but will also work in our The Hague office. We don't offer travel reimbursement, relocation fees, accommodation allowances, or to assist with obtaining a visa/work-permit.
