Function The Customer Strategy Team aims to bring together people, experience and insight on anything related to the experience of our customers, advisors and employees.
 
We are looking for an intern who is a creative person, has an entrepreneurial mindset and likes to work together with people from all over the world. The intern will be working closely with the team on ongoing projects but there is also room to conduct research for a thesis.
 
We look specifically for creativity, the level of applicability in business and compelling arguments of research topics proposed by prospective interns.
 
The responsibilities of the intern include:

• Support hosting 2 global events: the Customer Strategy Campus (a best practice / inspiration sharing conference with CX professionals) and the Global Aegon Awards (an event that celebrates the best initiatives, people and teams).
• Revamp the way we share best practices as a team, both in terms of visibility and accessibility
• Creating content and being editor-in-chief of our quarterly e-magazine

 
Your profile:

• Masterstudent specializing in Communication, Marketing or Business Management;
• Entrepreneurial mindset;
• Experience with Adobe program(s);
• Not afraid to think out of the box when coming up with recommendations
• Eager to work in an international environment and fluency in English
• Available for 3-6 months
