Ce que vous allez faire
Your major tasks will be to:
- Effectively answer all types of customer call including emergency, non-emergency calls and general inquiries (routing, performing vehicle diagnostics and providing emergency assistance).
- Analyse the information received from the caller, using accurate decision making and judgement skills to provide an efficient and effective service. You must show compassion, understanding, patience and professionalism.
- When an emergency incident occurs, you must take into account the health and safety requirements of drivers and their passengers and co-ordinate an appropriate response to the situation.
- Using persuasive and negotiating skills you must keep an unstable or distressed caller on the line until emergency help arrives.

Ce qu'on vous demande:
- Au minimum niveau d'études secondaires ou capacité équivalente
- High school graduate
- French native speakers + One other european language
- C1 English level
- Good relationnal and communication skills
- At least 12 months’ customer service experience
- Previous contact centre experience will be an added value
- The sensitivity and professionalism to effectively manage pressurised situations
- Able to work a fully flexible 24/7 pattern
- Good computer skills
