Workplace Project Management Intern wanted at Unilever in Rotterdam

What are you going to do:

The Unilever Workplace Services team is responsible for the expertise and service delivery in real estate, project management, facility management, travel, fleet and meeting & events services. There is an internship opportunity in the team for a high performing student to gain experience and a solid career foundation in the Workplace project management.
As an intern, you will be assigned with a mentor to guide you with your learning objectives and the challenging projects you will support in workplace redesign, construction and real estate areas. You will get exposure to different project phases that will improve your planning & management skills. And while gaining valuable work experience, you will make real contribution to the projects you will be involved with.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support Programme Manager in various project phases & activities (e.g. business requirements gathering, planning, design, tendering & procurement, construction & handover).
• Assist with project operations (e.g. project plans, reporting, presentations, financial/cost analysis, meetings, contracts & etc).
• Assist in following up workstream plans with Unilever internal stakeholders (IT, Procurement, HR, Safety, Security, Branding, Finance and others).
• Attend project weekly and construction meetings.
• Assist in coordinating project deliverables with external consultants & contractors (Interior Architect, Services Engineers, Contractors and other suppliers).
• Provide support with various communication and change management activities.
• Assist with other project tasks as requested.
