We are currently looking for an experienced, energetic and passionate Customer Experience Manager to strengthen our management team within our Lelystad, Batavia store. On a fulltime basis, the Customer Experience Manager will inspire, lead and develop the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximising sales opportunities to ensure profitability. Key accountabilities of the role
The successful applicant will have a track record of leading teams and successfully managing turnover of a similar size and be able to work and think at bachelor degree- HBO level. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a comparable position, preferably within a high-paced retail company. We are looking for someone with a strong planning and organisational skillset with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities. Finally, you should have strong communication skills, both in verbal & written Dutch and English (the German language would be an advantage), and be comfortable working under pressure and deadlines.
