You will be working as a reservations agent German at Europe Hotels Private Collection, this is a hotel management company operating in Europe and managing lifestyle and design hotels. As a reservations agent you will be responsible for the processing and making the bookings for individuals and groups for all Europe Hotels Private Collection hotels in The Netherlands. Adjusting a booking or creating a new booking? No problem, nothing is too much for you and you do everything for the client to make them happy. It is your goal to get the highest possible revenue! Furthermore you have good communication skills and you are good at switching between client, yourself and the hotel.
